Product Availability
Our goal is to have the products you want, when you want them. However, some products may not be immediately available. You may order products indicated as “BACK ORDER” but please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes at time of order. If an item is not available at the time of shipment it is backordered and marked as “Not Shipped” on the shipping note. It will be shipped via ground as soon as it arrives and a shipping cost of $4.95 will apply. You have the option to cancel the order.
Please do not place orders for items marked "OUT OF STOCK" these products will be automatically cancelled from your order.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days of receipt, at your own expense, in its original condition for a full refund or credit, excluding shipping charges and taxes. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is due to an error or is defective. Defective items will be exchanged. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. Please allow 7 - 14 days for processing of returns. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. Due to copy right issues, tapes, CDs, CD-ROMS, video, audio and software are not returnable, once opened. Any non-refundable items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Website Errors
While we strive to ensure complete accuracy in our website we have the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at an incorrect price and as such we are not responsible or liable for any such changes. If your credit card has already been charged for the order we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount of the charge.

Shipping and Delivery
We generally ship via U.S. Postal Service ground, unless other arrangements have been made. We strive to ship your product within 24 hours of order placement; however, we are not liable for delays. Delivery generally takes 4 to 8 days.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to the State of Arizona will be charged sales tax.
